Mileage Fees

We service Irmo as our home location, but we will literally drive anywhere to take care of your precious fur babies. We have a 10 mile radius that is outside of the 29063 zip code. The following fees apply when you are outside of the 10 mile radius.

1-10 miles out of that radius is $10 per service/day

11-20 miles out of that radius is $20 per service/day

21+ miles out of that radius is $30 per service/day

Booking Fees

At time of booking, a deposit of 20% of total services is due to reserve your time on the calendar. This fee is non-refundable and will be taken off of the total due at the time services are rendered. For example, if your service total is $200, you will pay a $40 booking fee. When services are received, you will pay a balance of $160.

Late Cancelation Fees 

We understand that sometimes things come up last minute and trips are cancelled. We ask that if you need to cancel, please do so no less than 48 hours prior to start of services. If you cancel less than 48 hours prior to start of services, you may be subject to a 50% charge of services that would have been rendered.
